A little bit about us and what to expect in our classes...
Flexibility to bring your kids to training or train as a family.
A guaranteed weight shifter - our Bootcamp classes are an intense cardio workout using drills and exercises to improve endurance, strength and overall fitness and weight loss. In the summer some classes may be taken outside in the nearby park but during the winter classes are both indoor and outdoor weather permitting.
This is a boxing class for all abilities, with a mixture of core work, pad exercises and boxing bag work. Come along as a pair or you can be partnered up with someone of equal ability. If you have your own gloves and pads - that’s great… If not, don’t worry we have plenty you can use.
* Due to Covid-19 glove rental is currently closed, all attendees should have their own gloves or can purchase gloves from the gym via pre-order*
High Intensity Interval Training – this class is a 30 minute class and a sure fat burner requiring 100% effort in shorter intervals of time. This is high intensity training that is separated by longer low intensity exercises. The idea is to get your heart rate up and down in regular periods maximising fat burn.
Many of our bootcamps are circuit driven including a mix of high and low intensity exercises. It also include a circuit session which has a mix of cardio and weight based stations. You'll hit all elements of fitness and burn over 500 calories.
Get fit with your kids and lead by example!
It's no easy session - but over 600 calories per class.
You can bring kids to any of our classes but this class is designed for them to join in. Indoors in the winter and outside on some summer days, we keep everyone moving and having fun. Suitable for children aged 5 years.
CROSSHIIT is a selection of functional strength activities performed at high intensity and weight based circuit training. Guaranteed to test your ability and increase your fitness level.
Buggy Bootcamp is 10am Mon - Friday designed for new mums to excercise with like minded people and have the flexibility to bring their baby to class.
Babies (if awake) can join in during the abs blast at the end of the class.
This class is ideal to:
