
A guaranteed weight shifter - our Bootcamp classes are an intense cardio workout using drills and exercises to improve endurance, strength and overall fitness and weight loss. In the summer some classes may be taken outside in the nearby park but during the winter classes are both indoor and outdoor weather permitting.
Many of our bootcamps are circuit driven including mixing high and low intensity exercises and circuit sessions. You'll hit all elements of fitness and burn calories.

This is a boxing class for all abilities, with a mixture of core work, pad exercises and boxing bag work.
Expect a high intensity calorie burn, pad work, 1-2-1 in the ring and some paired activities.
If you have your own gloves and pads - that’s great… If not, don’t worry we have plenty you can use/buy from our fight store.

Metcon, short for Metabolic Conditioning, is a high-intensity training style blending strength and cardio to improve fitness, boost metabolism, and burn calories efficiently, often seen in CrossFit .

Legs, Glutes, and Abs is a popular workout type that targets the muscles in your lower body and core.

A "Fighting Fit" class is typically a high-energy, boxing inspired fitness workout that combines glove and pad work, cardio, technical, skipping and weighted activities.
