I am the owner and coach at UNIT 13 GYM. I first started out in protein supplements following a sporting success in ice hockey.
After two years running my shop I was offered the chance to buy a local boxing club. Six years later I've moved and expanded the gym and boxing club.
I also promotes four major boxing events each year attracting up to 1000 fans, showcasing the clubs achievements and giving the kids something to work towards.

The circuits I prepare are all aimed at becoming faster, stronger and fitter in the boxing ring concentrating on plyometric based exercises.

I play ice hockey for Whitley Bay Warriors and run a number holiday ice hockey camps for juniors including strength and conditioning training.
