Our PT's not only take some of our boxing and bootcamp classes but they offer private 1-2-1's and small group training to give you that extra push and focus.


Andrew Wile

1-2-1 | Small group training | Shreds | Ice Hockey

I am the owner and coach at UNIT 13 GYM, I take the majority of bootcamp classes, mini boxing and senior boxing.

I have experience in all types of classes, weights, HIIT, boxing, Boxfit, kettlebells.
 

I run hell week at the gym, an SAS type bootcamp competition and run regular 4-week shred packages, where clients can lose up to 24lbs in just 4 weeks.
 

I specialise in hockey PT’s for kids and strength and conditioning training for men and women.

I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer with over five years’ experience, an IFBB Pro Bikini fitness athlete and representative on the international and worldwide bodybuilding stage.
 

My job is my while life, I am truly passionate about sport, diet and healthy lifestyle.

Kevin Fairlamb

I am a level 2 England boxing coach. I have been in boxing for over 15 years with lots of experience, including:

· top class pad work

· basic boxing skills

· footwork

· fitness

I am very passionate about helping people progress and I’ve coached some of the best amateur boxers in the country.
 

I specialise in pad work, working on speed, agility and power. I’ve got a vast experience in strength and conditioning.
 

I offer 121 sessions for adults or children.

Health and fitness have always been a big passion of mine. I have studied and developed my knowledge for as long as I can remember. As well as fitness I have a background in a variety of sports having competed in boxing, rugby, football and athletics.

Connor Robson

I am a qualified England boxing coach and specialise in boxing coaching. I can help you improve your lifestyle, fitness, boxing, self-defence and get you in the best shape possible.

Boxing can change your life in so many different ways, both physically and mentally. I have many years of experience in boxing from training in amateur gyms as a junior to now fighting out of UNIT 13 boxing academy.

Kyle Ross

I am a qualified personal trainer specialising in strength and conditioning, weight loss goals and junior development.

I play ice hockey for Whitley Bay Warriors and run a number holiday ice hockey camps for juniors including strength and conditioning training.
 

I currently take two classes for UNIT13 and personally run 1-2-1’s and group sessions. I also welcome small group training on request.
